When You Can Request a Refund
We offer refunds under specific circumstances. Here's what qualifies:
Early Cancellation
Request a refund within 14 days of enrollment if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course materials.
Technical Issues
If platform problems prevent you from accessing content for more than 72 consecutive hours despite our support team's efforts.
Course Cancellation
Full refund provided if Datastreamrelay cancels a scheduled program before it begins or during the first week.
Duplicate Payment
Accidental double charges or billing errors will be refunded in full once verified.
How to Request Your Refund

Email us at contact@datastreamrelay.com with your enrollment details, order number, and reason for the refund. Be specific—it helps us process things faster.
Within 24 hoursVerification Review
Our team will verify your enrollment status, check course access logs, and confirm that your request meets our eligibility criteria. We might reach out if we need clarification.
1-3 business daysApproval Notification
You'll receive an email confirming whether your refund was approved, along with details about the amount and expected timeline for processing.
3-5 business daysRefund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. The timing depends on your bank or payment provider—usually 5-10 business days.
5-10 business daysCommon Refund Situations
Started but Changed Your Mind
If you enrolled, watched a few introductory videos, but decided the program isn't right for you—you can get a refund if you're within the 14-day window and haven't completed more than 20% of the content.
Eligible within first 14 daysCourse Didn't Match Description
We work hard to accurately describe our programs. But if what you received significantly differs from what was advertised, contact us right away. We'll review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.
Case-by-case evaluationPersonal Emergency
Life happens. If you're dealing with unexpected medical issues, family emergencies, or other serious situations, reach out to us. While these don't automatically qualify for refunds, we evaluate each case individually.
Requires documentationCompleted the Course
Once you've finished a program or accessed most of the materials, refunds aren't available. You've received the value of the course at that point. Think of it like finishing a book—you can't return it after reading.

Keep in mind these are estimates. Your financial institution might have its own processing schedule that adds a day or two.
What's Not Covered
- Subscription renewals after the first billing cycle—you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges, but past payments aren't refundable
- Downloaded materials, worksheets, or templates that you've saved to your device
- Live workshop recordings after the session has ended and replay access was provided
- Bundled program purchases where you've completed one or more courses in the package
- Promotional or discounted enrollments marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Requests made more than 60 days after the original purchase date
